Tails is an intelligent and resourceful fox, who is able to fly with his two tails and use them to pick up objects and carry them away. He is also a great mechanic, often helping Sonic to create gadgets and machines. He is usually a cheerful and optimistic character, but can be serious when needed. He is brave and loyal, often putting himself in danger to help Sonic. All in all, Tails is an essential part of the Sonic universe, and an inspiring role model for many.
