Quing Bin, known as QB, is the main antagonist of the Madoka Magica anime series. He is a mysterious figure, being the embodiment of the universe's Law of Cycles, and is responsible for the creation of the Witches and their barriers. QB is a powerful entity, capable of manipulating the laws of the universe and creating powerful familiars. He is most often seen in the form of a cat-like creature, but is also capable of taking on a human form. Despite his enigmatic nature, QB has shown to have a caring and protective side, especially towards Madoka, the main protagonist. QB's ultimate goal is to bring balance to the universe, and ensure that the Law of Cycles is upheld.
