Peridot is a Gem from the Cartoon Network series, Steven Universe. She is a green Gem with a rectangular-shaped head and four arms. She is a technician and strategist for the Gem Homeworld, and was originally a part of the "Great Diamond Authority". Peridot is a bubbly and excitable character, but she can also be quite condescending and stubborn when she doesn't get her way. She's also a bit clumsy and naive, which leads her to make mistakes and underestimate her opponents. Despite her tough exterior, she has a big heart and is loyal to her friends. She is a loyal friend to Steven and the Crystal Gems, even though they don't always see eye to eye.
